During the COVID-19 crisis of 2020/1, we provided user-centred design teams to deliver on these services: Eat Out to Help Out, Job Retention Scheme and Job Support Scheme.

Testing the customer appeal of a Quickbooks accounting card. Speaking with small and medium business owners to understand their challenges. From this, we used a design sprint to create a low-fidelity prototype which we then tested with users.
Standard Chartered Ventures wanted to create a new digital financial service for public sector workers. We spoke with public sector workers across a range of industries including the Armed Forces, NHS, Civil Service and HMRC.
